So, you got a tonne of apples huh?

Well, you should make this, because it will melt your brain (in a good way).

This is membrillo, which is another name for quince paste, that delicious firm jammy stuff you put on crackers when you are at a fancy function. When combined with strong cheeses, dips, and other savory delights, it is a sensation for the taste buds like no other. The recipe can be found in my how-to’s Here
