With a heavy heart, I am saying farewell to Habitat in Harmony – the permaculture community garden that i have been watching over for the last 4 years.
With the help of the dedicated volunteer team, we have achieved so many great milestones! To name a few, I have been a part of constructing the propagation house (with thanks to the Men’s Shed), major improvements to irrigation systems, acquiring a Native Bee Hive, construction of wheelchair friendly paths, install of the Multipurpose space, and most importantly- bringing together an absolutely fantastic team.
Over the next little while, I will reflect on the last few years. It’s been a fun adventure! There are lots of stories i would like to share.
